Selling your device on UsedorLess is quick and hassle-free! Here’s how to get started:
1. Sign Up or Log In:
Use your email address and OTP to create an account or log in to your existing one.
2. List Your Device:
Go to the "Sell" section of the platform.
Fill out the form with accurate details about your device, including its model, condition, and your contact information.
3. Get Notified When Your Device is Sold:
Once your device finds a buyer, you’ll receive an email notification with the next steps to finalize the transaction.
After pickup, we will inspect your device to ensure its condition matches the description. Any undisclosed faults will be identified during inspection by UsedorLess technicians, and if discrepancies are found, the device will be returned to you
At UsedorLess, we ensure a secure and transparent payment process for both buyers and sellers:
When you list your device and a buyer makes a purchase, the buyer’s payment is collected and securely held by UsedorLess. The funds are released to you only after our expert technicians inspect the device to ensure it matches the conditions specified.
This process ensures that both parties have a fair and secure experience, guaranteeing the buyer’s satisfaction and providing sellers with peace of mind.
The price of your device is determined by its current condition and the latest market value. We ensure you get the most competitive and fair price, offering unmatched value in the market.
Listing a device on UsedorLess is completely free of charge. However, once a device is sold, a transaction fee of approximately 13% of the listing price (including shipping) will be deducted. The remaining net amount will be paid directly to the seller. An email detailing the exact charges will be sent to you once your device is sold. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Yes, you can trade in multiple devices at once. Simply follow the same process for each device, and you will receive individual offers for each one.
We accept a wide range of brands. If you’re unsure whether your device is accepted, you can check the "Sell" section on our platform or reach out to customer support.
Processing times may vary, but updates on your device’s delivery status will be provided once your order has been received and processed.
All devices submitted will be securely wiped of data before processing. While users are encouraged to perform a factory reset and remove personal data beforehand, we ensure that all devices are wiped in compliance with data security standards.
Under standard warranty terms, physical damage or a broken screen typically voids the warranty. If your device has any such damage, it may no longer be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will consider it without warranty.
The invoice is required to verify your warranty claim. Without it, your device will be considered out of warranty or deemed more than one year old, even if it's still within the warranty period.
We implement AI-powered fraud detection tools to verify the device’s history. Devices that are stolen or blacklisted will not be accepted for trade-in on UsedorLess
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for devices, as each one undergoes a thorough inspection and certification process by our qualified technicians. If any issues are found, we will promptly inform you.
We always strive to serve our customers on time, and delays are rare. However, in exceptional cases such as heavy traffic or bad weather, delays may occur. Rest assured, we will keep you informed with real-time updates on the status of your pick-up. If your item is delayed for more than 14 days, then you can write to us on support@usedorless.net
When our agents arrive to pick up your device, the following process takes place:
1. Device Inspection:
- Our agents will first inspect the device to verify that its physical condition matches the details you provided during the listing process. Once we receive the device, our expert technicians will conduct a thorough inspection to assess its overall condition.
2. Discrepancy Handling:
- If the device’s actual condition differs from what was disclosed, the device will be returned to you for re-evaluation.
- A new quote will be generated based on the updated condition. Once you approve the revised quote, your device listing will be updated accordingly.
3. Refunds:
- The seller will be notified, and any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
4. Account Policy for Repeated Discrepancies:
To maintain transparency and trust, if discrepancies occur more than twice, your account will be blocked, and you will no longer be able to use the platform for listing devices.
The pickup for your device is usually arranged within 1-2 business days after you confirm the order and availability of the device. You can schedule a convenient time for the pickup during the process.
If you fail to confirm the availability of a device after it has been sold, your account will be temporarily blacklisted for 30 days.
Yes, you can reschedule the pickup of your device once in case of unforeseen circumstances. However, please submit your request in advance to ensure a smooth process.
Please note: If our team attempts to pick up the device twice and is unable to reach you, a $10 charge will apply for each additional attempt. After four failed attempts, the seller may be banned from the UsedorLess website.
Missed Pickup: If two pickup attempts are unsuccessful, a $10 charge will apply for each additional attempt. After four failed pickup attempts, the seller may be banned from the UsedorLess website.
Missed Delivery: If the buyer misses two delivery attempts, they will be required to pick up the device from our location.
If you lose your device after it has been listed or sold, here’s what to do:
1) If the Device Is Lost After Listing:
Remove the listing from the platform immediately to prevent any further actions.
2) If the Device Is Lost After It Is Sold But Before Confirming Pick-Up:
Do not confirm the pick-up. Instead, specify the reason for cancellation to inform the buyer and our team.
3) If the Device Is Lost After Confirming Pick-Up:
Cancel the pick-up immediately and provide a clear explanation for the cancellation.
Please note, failing to confirm the availability of a device after it has been sold (as described in points 2 and 3) will result in your account being temporarily blacklisted for 30 days.
We encourage you to keep your listings up-to-date and notify us promptly in case of any issues to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all users.
